Authorities and loved ones are growing increasingly concerned for the safety of a missing Oklahoma man.

The search continues for Dale Atherton, a man believed to be vulnerable and possibly in danger, as police urge the community to stay alert and help locate him. He was last noticed near 27405 U.S. Route 66 in Claremore while driving a silver Lexus from 2015, bearing Oklahoma license plate GTR500. There is also concern that he may have his white poodle with him, making the situation even more emotional and urgent.

Authorities worry that Atherton could be suffering from dementia, which may make it difficult for him to recognize where he is or how to return home. He is described as a white man who stands about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs roughly 200 pounds.

Investigators are pleading with the public to contact the Tulsa Police Department if they spot him, his car, or anything that might help locate him, as time is extremely important in situations like this.
